Back in the eighties, it was nearly a draw between the Halloween franchise and the Friday the 13th franchise. Since then, I have become more of a Halloween guy but I still love Friday the 13th. I've also been re-listening to Horror Movie Podcast's coverage of the movies that made Jason Vorhees famous. "Friday the 13th, Part II", by Simon Hawke, is a faithful adaptation of the film that is one of the best in the Friday cycle. This book is arguably better than its predecessor and goes into great detail when people are getting killed. Simon Hawke never wrote a Friday the 13th part 4 Novelization so I wrote one! This is a rough draft but most of it is there, I am continuing to edit and it will hopefully be in audiobook form soon in its final form.
